Interested in our Drop-In Clinic?

Our Drop-in Clinic is run by one of our clinic staff and you can attend without an appointment.  However, there may be waits at peak times, it is first come first serve, so your patience is appreciated.

All drop-in clinic visits may require a minimum $50 fee.

Drop-In Hours:

Monday: 1:30PM – 4PM*

Friday: 9AM – 11AM*

*These days and hours are subject to change without notice, we recommend always calling ahead before arriving.

Call Ahead if Possible

It is highly recommended to call the day of, to make sure the clinic is available, as due to unavoidable circumstances we have to limit or cancel the clinic if no staff is available.

What we can do at Drop-In Clinic:

  • Replace hearing aid tubing or earmolds
  • Activate or verify the T-Coil program
  • Adjust tubing or receiver wire length for comfort
  • Clean and inspect hearing aids and accessories
  • Replace domes, wax guards, and microphone covers
  • Replace hearing aid batteries
  • Verify your hearing aid is functioning properly
  • Provide a loaner hearing aid when factory repair is required
  • Make simple overall volume adjustments when appropriate

What we cannot do at Drop-In Clinic:

  • Hearing evaluations or retesting
  • Programming changes or sound quality adjustments
  • New hearing aid fittings or accessory fittings
  • Smartphone pairing, Bluetooth connectivity, app setup, or troubleshooting
  • Remote Care appointments
  • Cognitive hearing testing (Cognivue)
  • OAE, Tympanometry, Impedance, or Acoustic Reflex testing
  • Ear impressions
  • Hearing aid repair pickup appointments
  • Pediatric appointments for patients not previously evaluated by an audiologist
  • Pediatric appointments under age 10, except for basic cleaning or tubing changes
  • Any service requiring an audiologist’s clinical evaluation or dedicated appointment time
