1. Please make sure your bill is from us (Audiology Associates of Santa Rosa, California) and not a different Audiology practice

2. Enter your First and Last Name OR Patient ID Number where it says, “Enter your account number”.

3. Enter the full amount of the invoice you would like to pay under “Payment Amount”. This is set to “0.00” by default. The full amount is located in bold at the bottom of the invoice, titled ‘Amount Due from patients’.
